Blog feedback n LR

WWW: It’s great that your blog is set up and you’ve posted a fantastic fruit bowl. This demonstrates both the potential in your technical and creative skills and your understanding of colour. The challenge now is to make sure we are publishing work on time and fully complete.

EBI: Currently, you don’t have anything published aside from the fruit bowl. I’m sure most of this is in draft form so simply needs checking and publishing. The first priority is to make sure the following is completed and posted to your blog:

10 questions blog task: https://mediamacguffingcseyear1.blogspot.com/2022/09/welcome-to-gcse-media.html

Key Concepts film poster analysis: https://mediamacguffingcseyear1.blogspot.com/2022/09/gcse-media-key-concepts-blog-task.html

Denotation and connotation: https://mediamacguffingcseyear1.blogspot.com/2022/09/denotation-and-connotation.html

Once you have this work completed, the most important thing is to stay on top of the workload. Remember, this is GCSE level now and you will have homework every week for Media. Make sure you are organised and completing it on time!

LR: Post the missing pieces of work.

Then, create a new blogpost on your Media blog called ‘Blog feedback and Learner Response’. Copy and paste this WWW/EBI feedback into your blogpost then complete the LR tasks/questions below.

Reflect on your first month of Media. What do you feel is your strongest piece of work so far? What is your weakest? What specific skills or knowledge do you need to develop over the rest of the course?
